In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Terrorism is a pervasive evil that engulfs peoples and countries, and the worst part is that it is used as political leverage to achieve a country’s goals. If this is the case, then do not be surprised at the scale of destruction and bloodshed that is proportionate to the opportunities given to this terrorism for the sake of these interests.

I am only giving an example, and the reality is full of more evils than what was mentioned, and Allah is the one sought for help. After this evil, the devils’ task is to blame terrorism on every innocent person, to seize what is in his hands and blame it on Islam! of which Islam is not guilty. It is no wonder that Satan spares no effort to slander the angels and attribute evil to them.

In this article, I will discuss an example of an evil that has spread under the umbrella of the law and the state, which is indeed and undoubtedly terrorism, namely, “al-Qaeda’s relationship with the state of Iran.” I will give a few facts, and anyone who wants to go further will find additional evidence.

1- Introduction

Al-Qaeda’s relationship with Iran:

This hard fact shows the relationship of this organization based on its belief that says: (The end justifies the means).

The leaders of al-Qaeda are ready to ally with any demonic force to achieve their interests and destroy the Muslim countries.

The common interest has united al-Qaeda and the Iranian state in destroying the Sunni countries, and many documents prove the full cooperation between Iran and this terrorist organization.

That includes this country helping the members of this organization seek refuge and hide in Iran and al-Qaeda units training their groups in Iran, as in the case of the organization led by Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi, with the knowledge of the world’s intelligence agencies.

Iran supplies al-Qaeda with ammunition and weapons, and al-Qaeda provides services in return, including:

1- Al-Qaeda kills the leaders and scholars of the Sunnis, especially the Salafis among them because they are the strongest opponents of the Safavid state, and the Salafis are also the strongest opponents of the al-Qaeda organization because the Salafis are knowledge seekers, They are not deceived by the suspicions of al-Qaeda or the lies of the Iranian Safavid state, so they warn some of them with knowledge, so the Iranian Safis and al-Qaeda organization confront them with murder and assassinations because they cannot argue with them.

2 – Al-Qaeda has been carrying out bombings among the Shiites in Iraq and the same among the Sunnis to sow discord between the Shiites and the Sunnis and spark sectarian wars that will only harm both sides.

3- What the al-Qaeda men released from prisons by Nuri al-Maliki did when his army units in the Mosul area handed them the weapons in their hands, and that was on March 10, 2014, after the fall of Mosul, Iraq’s second-largest city with a population of two million, into the hands of militias of the group that called itself at that time the “Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant” (ISIS).

Four days before that day, black banners flew toward the city, and several hundred members of the organization marched across the desert in a convoy that set out from the organization’s bases in eastern Syria and met little resistance on its way to winning the grand prize.

And plentiful spoils were waiting for them. The Iraqi army, which the Americans had rebuilt, trained, and equipped after the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq in 2003, left behind large quantities of armored vehicles and modern weapons that were immediately seized by the militias. They also reportedly looted some $500 million from the Mosul branch of the central bank.

As the army collapsed throughout the northern region, the militias moved swiftly through the Tigris Valley, and towns and villages fell one after another like dominoes. Barely a day passed before the organization’s fighters captured the town of Baiji, including its huge oil refinery, and then quickly took the old Sunni town of Tikrit, the birthplace of Saddam Hussein.

On the outskirts of Tikrit is a large military base that has been controlled by the Americans since 2003 and renamed Camp Speicher in honor of the first American killed in the second Gulf War “Desert Storm,” a pilot named Scott Speicher, whose plane was shot down in 1991 in the Anbar region of western Iraq.

Then the ISIS militia surrounded the camp, which was teeming with Iraqi recruits, and the camp surrendered as a whole. Thousands of prisoners were categorized by affiliation. Shiites were taken, tied up, and taken away in trucks to be shot in prepared trenches. It is believed that approximately 1,700 people were killed in cold blood during this massacre. The search for mass graves is still ongoing.

Instead of hiding its atrocities, the organization took pleasure in posting videos and photos online of its black-clad members leading and shooting Shiite prisoners.

Speaking of the pride and joy of cruelty and atrocities, what happened next was even more horrific.

After a hiatus of only two months, the organization that came to be known as the Islamic State reemerged and conquered large areas of northern Iraq inhabited by Kurds.

One of those areas was Sinjar, which is primarily home to Yezidis, a religious minority considered heretics by the organization.

ISIS killed hundreds of Yazidis who could not escape. As for women and children, they were separated from each other and then taken as war slaves to be sold or bartered away as chattel. Girls and women were used as concubines for sexual pleasure. Thousands are still missing as they face this fate.

The organization’s deliberately shocking thirst for bloodshed reached its peak at the end of the same month, in August 2014.

The organization released a video showing the notorious London-accented head-cutter Muhammad Emwazi, jokingly nicknamed “Jihadi John,” cruelly killing American journalist James Foley.

In the weeks that followed, other American and British journalists and aid workers, including Stephen Sotloff, David Haines, Alan Henning, and Peter Kassig (who had converted to Islam and changed his name to Abd al-Rahman), were shown being slaughtered in similar elaborately produced and directed videos, not without promotional statements and dire warnings.

Then, on June 26, 2017, the Iraqi army announced that its forces were close to completely liberating the city of Mosul from Islamic State fighters.

This army was reinforced with the Rafidi sectarian forces, who fought under the banner of the army. But what happened next is indescribable, as are all the crimes of the Rafidah, who called themselves sectarian and murdered children in front of cameras. Of course, no law is enforced against them because they are supposedly fighting al-Qaeda (ISIS), which had slaughtered Sunnis from Salafis and Muslims in general in this country before them.

So, Iraq has gained nothing from empowering this organization in Mosul, except the destruction of Mosul. Thousands of innocent people fell victim to these battles, and they were the victims of enabling this organization to occupy Mosul.

4- The Arab embassies in Baghdad were closed because of the kidnapping and killing of the embassies’ staff by al-Qaeda. But when they arrested the Iranian ambassador, they extradited him to his country!

5- The Iranian state has established a training center for al-Qaeda in the Khorasan region: (Turb Jam Haidari), located on the Afghan border. The training of fighters is overseen by Iranian intelligence in cooperation with ISIS operatives.

Among the Iranian officials in this training:

– Mohsen Rezaee, Secretary of the Expediency Discernment Council.

– Ali Shamkhani, Iranian Defense Minister.

– Hussain Zamani, an administration and supply official.

– Ahmed Jalali Qumi, an internal security official in Al- Qaeda.

Among the members of the organization who sought refuge in Iran:

A- Saad bin Laden, son of Osama bin Laden.

B- Saif al-Adl al-Masry, the former military official in al-Qaeda, and the third person in the organization.

C- Suleiman Abu Al-Ghaith, al-Qaeda spokesman.

There is a (Martyr Muftah) camp in Iran in Kermanshah province, where the Lebanese Hezbollah, Badr Corps and al-Qaeda members are trained!

There is also a training camp for al-Qaeda militants in Iran in Tehran and (Qom), – the highway, – northeast of Khomeini’s shrine, – 15-20 km away, near the Behesht Zahra cemetery, in a densely forested mountainous area. Iraqi prisoners were detained in this camp during the Iran-Iraq war, and most of the trainees in this camp are of Moroccan, Libyan, Afghan, Algerian and Pakistani nationalities. They are trained in bombing and the use of various weapons under the supervision of members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

There are Iranian security checkpoints on the road leading to this camp. The camp has been camouflaged to disguise its real work. On the road leading to it, a sign has been placed with the inscription: (Battery Sana) to show that it is a factory for the production of batteries.

6- In September (1999), Turkish intelligence arrested a group of al-Qaeda members who were planning to infiltrate Turkey to carry out attacks on the occasion of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe conference that was to open in Istanbul on November 18. Turkish intelligence found that this terrorist group had been trained and formed in Iran (Tabriz) and that they were part of al-Qaeda.

7- One of the emissaries of al-Qaeda leader (Osama bin Laden) traveled to (Tehran) to look for ways to support (the Kosovo Albanians), where Ayatollah Rouhani, Secretary-General of the Iranian Security Council, during a discussion with members of the Council, stressed the importance of making Kosovo a new base for Islamic activities in Europe, an idea supported by Osama bin Laden and the Taliban!

8- In February (2000), al-Qaeda and the Taliban began secret negotiations with some Iranian envoys at the Iranian Embassy in Dubai. The person who conducted these contacts on behalf of (Mullah Omar), the leader of the Afghan Taliban, was (Mawlay Ahmed Mutawakil). The initial aim of these negotiations was to find common ground between Iran and the Taliban after relations between them deteriorated following the fall of Kabul in 1996 and the theft of the contents of the Iranian Consulate in Mazar-i-Sharif (August 8, 1998), in which the Taliban killed nine Iranian diplomats.

The negotiation also aimed to establish peace on the common borders and prevent an alliance between Massoud and the Iranian security services.

But through the push and encouragement of Osama bin Laden, this secret meeting between (al-Qaeda and the Taliban) and (Iran) led to a new fight against Europe, the entire West, and America!

9- The Commission of Inquiry into the events of September 11, based on the interrogations of several al-Qaeda officials, including Tawfiq Atash, revealed that Iran was cooperating with al-Qaeda and that Iran facilitated access to it by al-Qaeda members transiting Afghanistan and that Iranian border officials were given strict instructions not to enter visas in passports but on an attached form so as not to leave traces of transit through Iran.

So, through Iran, 18 people involved in these attacks crossed between October 2000 and February 2001.

10- In early 2000, weeks after the start of military operations against Afghanistan, the Americans pointed out that Iran had tolerated the presence of al-Qaeda and Taliban members on its soil. In response, Iranian Foreign Minister Spokesman Hamid Reza Asefi stressed that Iran had extradited all foreigners associated or suspected of being associated with al-Qaeda to their home countries.

However, in September 2003, Jordanian authorities officially announced that Iran had rejected a request for the extradition of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, who was temporarily detained by Tehran authorities in 2002 when he fled to Iraqi Kurdistan. Iran’s argument was that al-Zarqawi, who held a Syrian passport, could not be deported to Jordan. To facilitate his travel, al-Zarqawi possessed many forged passports, mainly British, Lebanese, Iranian, and Yemeni passports.

11- Al-Zarqawi was injured during the American attack on Afghanistan. He found safe haven in the Iranian city of Mashhad, where he received medical treatment on January 5, 2002. Al-Zarqawi remained in Iran until April 2002. From there, he coordinated the withdrawal of al-Qaeda members to Kurdistan, then to Tehran, and finally to Zahedan in southern Iran, where they were under the protection of the Iranian regime during this time.

12- Jordanian authorities have confirmed that all the leaders of the al-Zarqawi network, which is linked to al-Qaeda, were in Iran in 2003. They based this on the confessions of Ahmed Mahmoud Saleh Al-Riyati, a Jordanian who was arrested by the coalition forces in March 2003.

13- In 2003, U.S. accusations against Iran that it harbored many leaders and members of al-Qaeda increased. Iran was forced to admit that it had arrested many members of the organization in July 2003 and deported some of them to their countries of origin. Iranian Information Minister Ali Younes stated, “We arrested several of quite important members of Osama bin Laden’s network.”

Indeed, these leaders and members enjoyed protection, support, and training in Iran from the Iranian regime.

14- Many sources mentioned the presence of Muhammad Makawi (Saif al-Adl al-Masry) and Saad bin Laden in Iran and that he was protected by an Iranian military unit, but the Iranian government denied this and then excused itself by saying that it was impossible to monitor the 1900 km border between Pakistan and Iran and Afghanistan and acknowledged that al-Qaeda operatives could enter Iran.

In fact, Iran, in full coordination between the two parties, had opened the way for al-Qaeda leaders and operatives to enter its country and provided them with logistical and medical supplies, protection, and military training for this takfiri terrorist organization on its soil.

What are the common interests of these two parties that Iran is willing to make such sacrifices?

The takfiri terrorist current, represented by al-Qaeda and more recently by ISIS and its offshoots, aims to destabilize security in the Arab and Muslim countries first, and some of their evil may reach Europe. The historical and present nature of these people is that they kill the people of Islam and invite the people of idols to achieve the establishment of the Qutbian state desired by both sides. The man known as (Sayyid Qutb) is a thinker of the Takfiri Brotherhood who is acceptable to both parties: (al-Qaeda and its offshoot and Iran), so they go the way of bombings and poison the ideas of young people with alleged revolutions for change. So they start by accusing the Muslim rulers of unbelief first and then implant the idea of revolting against them, and for that, they are ready to cooperate with Satan. Those whom Iran wanted to ask for help were the Jews, and Iran received shipments of Jewish weapons, including:

– The Jews handed over a shipment of weapons with the beginning of the war against Iraq in December 1980, as revealed by the French magazine VBD. An Argentine airplane that was supposed to bring peace from Tel Aviv to Tehran crashed.

On January 2, 1985, Schmitz of the Belgian company BLP revealed that Jewish arms deals to Iran worth an estimated $164 million were exchanged for Iranian oil.

The newspaper Al-Rai of 24.4.1988 revealed Jewish arms deals with Iran over the years 1980-1987 and quoted Shamir himself as a reason for his support of Iran, saying:

A – The Jews must maintain contact with the Iranian military leadership.

B – The continuation of the war weakens Iraq, the traditional enemy of the Jews.

C – The war has caused further Arab divisions.

D – Iranian Jews donated 70 million riyals to Iran for the war against Iraq.

E – On February 14, 1983, the anniversary of Khomeini’s coming to power in Iran, a cordial meeting took place between Rafsanjani and Jewish Rabbi Uriel Davidi in the Iranian Shura Council building, and the rabbi said, “Our doctors and soldiers are now on the front lines.”

F – In 1983 Khosrownavin was elected a deputy of the Jews in the Iranian Consultative Assembly. He thanked Iran on behalf of the Jews and recalled Persian-Jewish cooperation over the centuries.

G – A group of (Jewish Air-Force) officers contracted with the Iranian state through the Jewish arms dealer Nimrodi, who was military attaché to the Jews in Tehran, with a salary of up to $10,000 each.

– Al-Qaeda also wanted America to come to Iraq, and even planned to do so, as Muhammad Makawi, known as Saif al-Adl, admitted.

Moreover, both Iran and the Takfiri parties accuse the Muslim rulers and their people of unbelief and want to eliminate them.

If the goals coincide, then it is no wonder about the means that the devils of men and jinn convey to them, and they strive by all means for the evil of politics, of which we see only a simple part, and the hidden is far more.

Conclusion:

The evil of terrorism comes from the spirit of Satan, the enemy of all the children of Adam, and whoever cooperates with terrorism is one of Satan’s soldiers. Terrorism has no other religion than that of the accursed Satan, and so it is no wonder that these devils attribute evil to Islam, which cut off the last remnant of them.

We ask Allah Almighty to foil their scheme and protect Muslims and other peoples from their evils.
